Cameron introduces transparency in the European Council

By insisting on a vote among the heads of state or government to end his ill conceived, misdirected and calamitous crusade, PM Cameron does a good turn for transparency in the intergovernmental EUCO chambers, where past eliminations of candidates have reached the public only belatedly and based on anecdotal evidence.
