ECB on MiFID and MiFIR proposals

For reasons of efficiency and clarity, the ECB decided to adopt a single opinion on four related legislative proposals, including the two we are following, namely the proposed Directive on markets in financial instruments (MiFID) COM(2011) 656 and the draft Regulation on markets in financial instruments (MiFIR) COM(2011) 652.
