As we saw in the blog entry ECB on MiFID and MiFIR proposals, the European Central Bank was consulted on the proposed Directive on markets in financial instruments MiFID COM(2011) 656 and the draft Regulation on markets in financial instruments MiFIR COM(2011) 652.
